Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern all scholarship awards made by the Baisley Foundation (“the Foundation”). By accepting a scholarship award, recipients agree to comply with these terms.

Use of Funds

Scholarship funds must be used solely for qualified educational expenses, including tuition, mandatory fees, books, supplies, and other education-related costs approved by the Foundation.

Funds may not be used for non-educational purposes, including but not limited to personal expenses, travel unrelated to coursework, or discretionary spending.
Disbursement of Awards

Scholarship funds are typically paid directly to the recipient’s educational institution unless otherwise determined by the Foundation.

Disbursement schedules and methods are at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
Academic Standing

Recipients must maintain continuous enrollment at an accredited two- or four-year college or university.

Recipients must remain in good academic standing and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) unless otherwise specified in writing by the Foundation.
Reporting Requirements

Recipients may be required to provide:

Proof of enrollment

Academic transcripts or grade reports

Verification of use of funds

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or termination of the scholarship.
Changes in Status

Recipients must promptly notify the Foundation of any changes in enrollment status, academic standing, transfer of institution, or withdrawal from school.

The Foundation reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate funding if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
Renewal and Continuation

Scholarship awards are not guaranteed to renew and must be reapplied for each award period unless otherwise stated.

Renewal eligibility is subject to continued compliance with all eligibility requirements and availability of funds.
Termination of Award
The Foundation reserves the right to revoke or terminate a scholarship award if:

False or misleading information is provided during the application process

Funds are misused

Eligibility requirements are no longer met

Terms and conditions are violated
Any unused or improperly used funds may be required to be returned.
Non-Discrimination
The Baisley Foundation awards scholarships without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law, in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
No Employment Relationship
Scholarship awards do not create an employment, contractor, or fiduciary relationship between the recipient and the Foundation.
Modification of Terms
The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to recipients as appropriate.
